Anne Merkert, Managing Director, is a proven marketing executive with over 18 years of experience in telecommunications, software and SaaS products across enterprise, service provider and small business markets. She has successfully driven growth in high tech businesses in roles spanning corporate communications, market research, product, channel and partner marketing.

Prior to joining Aventi Group, Anne spent six years at Covad Communications where she served as vice-president of product and channel marketing. Anne was instrumental in launching the company’s new voice over IP service and growing revenues by 500%. Anne’s blend of strategic marketing expertise, efficient tactical skills and diplomatic nature has helped drive marketing strategy for companies including Adobe, AT&T, Inktomi, SAP, VMware, and Zimbra. Anne earned a BS in Foreign Service from Georgetown University and an MBA in Marketing from the Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley.
